The Owner shall provide access to the property during agreed-upon working hours to facilitate the completion of the painting work.
Any changes to the scope of work must be agreed upon in writing by both Parties and may result in a change in the contract price.
The Painter shall not be responsible for any damage caused by pre-existing conditions, faulty surfaces, or improper maintenance.
The Owner agrees to provide a safe working environment for the Painter and its employees throughout the duration of the Contract.
Either Party may terminate this Contract with written notice in the event of a breach of Contract or mutual agreement.
